Las Vegas Motor Speedway
December 13th-15th:
WOOOOWWWW! That was awesome! I did the Pro School at Las
Vegas Motor Speedway with Freddie Spencer's School...WOW!
However, that is a completely different mind than here in Canada.
Since Freddie Spenser was 3 times the world champion in Moto Grand
Prix, I will practice and apply all the new techniques who was taught
to
me, with diligence and doggedly. Compare to all the schools I
took
here, he changed almost everything in the opposite way and I will have
a lot of work to change all my way to race my motorcycle. Anyway,
I'm sure it will have benefits in a long term, even if I was disappointed
there to see how I was slow like a turtle... I hope to be able to
return there in 1 or 2 years to see what is my progress and learn a lot
more. I recommend this school to every racers and street bikers
to learn in an incredible way.
Very lucky, I will have the chance next week to practice everything at
Laguna Seca, Californie, where I will do 2 track days. I enjoy it
at 100%!!! I hope to be ready for the next racing season this
summer with the Women's Cup Challenge ( www.womenscup.ca)
and also with the guys championships with National Parts Canada Amateur
600 and Regional RACE in Ontario.
Unfortunately, I don't have pictures
in action but I will receive a video in few weeks... I will try to put
it on the web site if possible. I want to thank all the staff who
was very friendly, caring and professionnals: Freddie Spenser,
Nick, Dale, Jeff, Ken, Chris
Peris, Greg, Norm, Jared, Corey and Yvonne. I hope I don't forget
anybody... That was an unforgettable experience! Also a big
thanks to Honda and all the sponsors.
